We collect as little data as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, for how long, and how to exercise your rights.

Data we collect
Only what you send us through the contact form:
- your name and email address
- your company name, if you provide it
- the type of project, the desired timeline and your message
The website sets no cookies, uses no analytics and loads no third-party services: fonts and icons are hosted on our own server.
Purpose and legal basis
This data is only used to reply to your request and, where relevant, to prepare a quote. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in replying to the messages we receive (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Retention
Your messages are kept for 3 years after our last exchange, then deleted. If a contract is signed, the necessary data is kept for the legal period that applies to accounting records.
Recipients
Your data is never sold or transferred. It is processed on our behalf by our hosting provider, OVH, whose web and email servers are located in the European Union.
The hosting provider also records technical logs (IP address, date, page visited) to keep the website secure.
Your rights
At any time, you can:
- access your data and get a copy
- have it corrected or erased
- object to its processing or ask for it to be restricted
- request its portability

You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority, rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels (www.dataprotectionauthority.be).
Security
The website is served over HTTPS, and the form is protected against automated submissions.
